Nursing Reference Center is a point-of-care database that serves both staff nurses and nursing students. It includes evidence-based guidelines, patient education, drug information while providing access to the original research articles.

DailyMed provides the package insert information for FDA approved drugs in an easy-to-read display. DailyMed contains labeling for prescription and nonprescription drugs for human and animal use, and for additional products such as medical gases, devices, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and medical foods. Package inserts are generally created for the purpose of providing healthcare professionals with information relevant to writing prescriptions, and to help consumers and patients learn about their prescriptions.
The LactMed® database contains information on drugs and other chemicals to which breastfeeding mothers may be exposed. It includes information on the levels of such substances in breast milk and infant blood, and the possible adverse effects in the nursing infant. Suggested therapeutic alternatives to those drugs are provided, where appropriate. All data are derived from the scientific literature and fully referenced. A peer review panel reviews the data to assure scientific validity and currency.
